Define the operating brief before choosing models
Dealer inventory and resort fleets may use the same seating classes for different work. A dealer program usually needs a saleable model mix with repeatable specifications. A fleet order is built around known routes, passenger peaks and charging windows.
Waygo uses the longest daily route, steepest grade, usual passenger load, cargo, surface type and operating hours to establish the first configuration. These details show whether a standard build is suitable or the order needs more battery capacity, different tires or application-specific equipment. Match seating capacity to the job
A 2-seat electric golf cart is a sensible starting point for individual staff movement, golf use and utility work. A 4-seat electric golf cart handles routine guest and team transport. A 6-seat electric golf cart moves planned groups with fewer vehicle trips. These are starting points, not fixed packages. Body layout, battery capacity, tires and accessories can be configured around the intended use.
Dimensions remain model specific. Our current documented 4-seat configuration has a 4.0 m minimum turning radius and measures 3015 x 1330 x 1960 mm. For sites with narrow lanes, elevators, ramps or storage bays, Waygo supplies the drawing for the selected model before the order is finalized.

Put the powertrain and battery in writing
Waygo specifications name the motor type and output, controller, battery chemistry, voltage, amp-hour rating, charger output and the test condition behind the stated range. Our current 4-seat reference configuration uses a 48V electrical system, 5 kW AC motor, 51.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 battery and 48V 25A onboard charger. Its stated flat-road range is 90 to 110 km, with charging in under 8 hours at 80% discharge. These figures belong to that configuration and test condition. A 2-seat or 6-seat build may use different values.
Where model space and weight allow, Waygo can configure a larger battery for longer routes. The selected pack affects cost, weight and charging requirements, so our quotation separates the vehicle, battery, charger, options and packing. Allow for production and two supply routes
A standard factory batch normally uses 15 to 25 days as an early production reference after specification and commercial approvals. Custom paint, private-label work, component availability, inspection requirements and holiday schedules can change this window. Ocean transit, customs clearance and inland delivery are separate. Waygo states the project schedule in the quotation and final order documents.
Waygo can quote factory-direct shipment from China or, when the selected model, configuration and availability allow, supply through our California dealer channel.
