FLEET ORDERS

Commercial Golf Cart Fleet Procurement: Volume Pricing Tiers, Staged Delivery & Spare Parts

Rows of electric golf carts prepared for fleet use

A Waygo multi-vehicle order is managed as a fleet, not a single-cart price multiplied by the unit count. Repeated configurations, mixed applications, charging demand, spare parts, packing and acceptance checks are recorded in one fleet matrix for pricing and production.

Group vehicles by the work they do

Waygo groups the order by staff movement, guest transfer, visitor circulation, golf service, security or maintenance. Each group records peak passenger load, cargo, longest route, surface, grade and operating hours. A cart used for short maintenance trips does not need to inherit the specification of a full-shift guest shuttle unless the duty cycles match.

Our commercial fleet applications separate these operating roles. Fleet quantity is based on the busiest period, with charging, cleaning and maintenance cover added to the working vehicles.

Build a vehicle and configuration matrix

Waygo gives every repeated configuration a simple code. The matrix records quantity, seating, body layout, motor, battery, charger, wheels and tires, windshield, accessories, color, branding and destination. Open fields remain assigned to a decision owner and approval date.

Our documented 4-seat configuration uses a 48V electrical system, 5 kW AC motor, 51.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 battery and 48V 25A onboard charger. It states 90 to 110 km of flat-road range and under 8 hours charging at 80 percent discharge. Waygo can adjust a 2-seat or 6-seat configuration for its route, with final figures recorded on its own approved specification.

Standardize parts without forcing one vehicle on every route

Standardization reduces spare-parts variety and simplifies driver training. Waygo keeps batteries, chargers, tires, mirrors and controls consistent where the duty cycle allows, while separating configurations that need a different seating layout, battery size, tire or accessory package.

Our starter-parts proposal is tied to the final model mix. It identifies the part number, quantity, compatible models and packing location instead of using a generic parts list prepared before the order is fixed.

Plan production, delivery and acceptance together

A standard factory batch normally uses 15 to 25 days as an early production reference after specification and commercial approvals. Mixed configurations, custom finishes, new samples, component availability and inspection requirements can extend it. Shipping, customs and inland transport are planned separately from the production window.

Waygo can quote factory-direct shipment from China or, when the requested model, configuration and availability allow, supply through our California dealer channel. A large customized batch usually favors factory production. A smaller or time-sensitive requirement may suit available dealer inventory. Both routes can appear in the proposal when the project can use either.

The Waygo acceptance plan can cover quantity, serial numbers, visible finish, selected options, basic vehicle operation, charger and accessory count, packing condition and document completeness. Staged orders use the same checklist for every batch.

One fleet brief and one itemized quotation

The Waygo fleet brief combines route groups, vehicle matrix, required date, destination, supply-route preference and acceptance checklist. Our reply identifies unit prices by configuration, option charges, samples or setup cost, packing, freight basis, production schedule, warranty scope and spare-parts proposal.

The final quotation, purchase order and contract documents control the build. If an option or schedule changes, Waygo updates the matrix and commercial documents so the current requirement does not remain only in an email thread.
