Customization and private-label scope
A light custom order can use an available body color, wheel, tire, seat finish or accessory on a standard vehicle. A private-label program adds controlled artwork, repeatable placement, approved samples, model-specific option codes and packing labels for later batches.

Five areas to put on the option sheet
Waygo uses one option sheet for the program, with model differences recorded separately:

Prepare artwork that production can use
Production artwork uses a vector file with fonts converted to outlines, a color reference and the required physical size. Each placement is marked on a vehicle view so the dimensions clearly refer to the artwork and the available panel area.
The approval method depends on the customization. A decal may use a dimensioned digital proof. Paint and upholstery may require a physical sample. A new bracket, wiring change or accessory mount receives a compatibility review on the selected model. Waygo records the approved revision for the purchase order.
- Vector artwork in AI, EPS or editable PDF format, with fonts outlined.
- Color reference plus a physical sample when screen color is not enough.
- Artwork width, height and distance from fixed body reference points.
- Material and finish for each decal, badge or embroidered mark.
- Signed approval record with a revision number and date.
Tie every option to a model and batch
The same logo may need a different size on 2-seat models, 4-seat models and 6-seat models. Battery, wheel and accessory options may also differ because available space, weight and wiring change by model. Waygo records one row for each configuration instead of relying on a general 'same as sample' note.
Custom work can add setup cost and time. A standard factory batch normally uses 15 to 25 days as an early production reference after approvals. New paint, upholstery, branding or hardware can extend the schedule. The Waygo quotation and approved production plan state the actual timing and any minimum batch requirement.

The Waygo customization brief
The first brief includes model quantities, intended market, option matrix, artwork files, color references, sample requirements, packing marks and required delivery date. The quotation separates vehicle cost, option cost, one-time setup charges, samples and packing.
Final specifications, approved samples and commercial terms are attached to the purchase order or contract. The quote and contact form sends the working brief to Waygo for feasibility review and option-list preparation.
