Two electric golf carts with the same seating capacity can use different motors, batteries, chargers, equipment and packing. Waygo quotations connect the price to a written vehicle configuration, delivery basis and warranty so the quoted scope is clear before the order moves forward.
What the Waygo vehicle price includes
A Waygo quote uses one line for each vehicle configuration and a separate list of included equipment. The specification identifies the motor, controller, battery chemistry and capacity, charger, tires, windshield, mirrors, display, seating layout and application-specific accessories.
Our current 4-seat reference configuration shows this level of detail: 48V electrical system, 5 kW AC motor, 51.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 battery, 48V 25A onboard charger, 10-inch IP66 touchscreen cluster and 14-inch wheels. These values are not automatic defaults for every Waygo model. Each quotation is tied to the exact sheet for the selected vehicle in our model range.

Separate factory price from delivered cost
A factory unit price and a delivered price cover different costs. Waygo separates packing, export handling, ocean freight, insurance where applicable, destination charges and inland delivery according to the quoted Incoterm and named place or port. Customs clearance, duties and arrival assembly remain visible as separate responsibilities where applicable.
Waygo can quote factory-direct supply from China or, where the requested model, configuration and availability allow, supply through our California dealer channel. A standard production batch normally uses 15 to 25 days as an early reference after approvals. Custom work and component availability can extend the schedule. The actual timing appears in the quotation together with our commercial and warranty terms.

A practical quotation check
A complete Waygo quotation covers the following items:
- Vehicle specification: model, seating layout, motor, controller, battery, charger and included equipment.
- Options and branding: paint, upholstery, decals, accessories, approval samples and any setup charges.
- Packing and delivery: packing method, packed dimensions, route, Incoterm, freight basis and arrival work.
- Commercial terms: currency, validity, payment milestones, lead time, inspection point and change-control process.
- Support: written warranty scope, exclusions, claim evidence, response route and spare-parts options.
How the quotation becomes an order document
The Waygo proforma invoice, accepted quotation, purchase order or sales contract identifies the documents that control the order. Approved specifications, option lists, artwork, packing requirements, delivery terms, schedules and warranty terms are attached or referenced. Later configuration changes are recorded in the controlled order documents.
