Why a wholesale RFQ needs more detail
Dealer, importer and fleet quotations cover more than price and color. Waygo quotes the unit mix, battery specification, charging equipment, accessories, customization, packing and destination as one defined scope.

Eight fields that belong in the first RFQ
Our first quotation is based on eight project fields:
- Application profile: resort transit, golf course operations, campus shuttle, or dealer showroom resale.
- Seating mix: estimated or confirmed quantities for 2-seat, 4-seat and 6-seat configurations.
- Order volume: initial trial order quantity and projected annual batch schedule.
- Delivery destination: US city and state, ZIP code, receiving facility or nominated port.
- Timing: required arrival date, target dispatch date or acceptable delivery window.
- Branding and private label: custom body paint, vector logo decals, custom seat embroidery, or neutral packing.
- Equipment: tire type, windshield, mirrors, weather enclosure, display, lighting, cargo or golf accessories.
- Commercial scope: factory-direct or California dealer supply, requested Incoterm, packing and spare-parts needs.

How Waygo answers the RFQ
A Waygo reply identifies the model, quantity, motor, battery, charger, options, packing, freight basis, lead time, warranty and payment terms. Any proposed substitution is shown as part of the configuration instead of being hidden inside the total price.
Our documented 4-seat reference configuration uses a 48V system, 5 kW AC motor, 51.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 battery and 48V 25A onboard charger, with a stated 90 to 110 km flat-road range. A 2-seat or 6-seat proposal may use different values, and its quotation will name the selected configuration. Private-label orders also include an artwork approval step within our OEM and customization options.
